Diners can enjoy a new take on American cuisine with the opening of Augie’s Prescott City Grille at Frontier Village. The brand new restaurant is brought to you by Mr. Augie Perry, a Prescott resident who is well known for serving great food throughout Arizona.
His impressive restaurant portfolio includes: current owner and operator of the historical Rock Springs Café in Black Canyon City, past owner and operator of Augie’s (Prescott Valley and Anthem), Potbelly’s BBQ (Chino Valley) Stanley’s BBQ (Scottsdale) and many other popular establishments.
“Augie’s Prescott City Grille provides an innovative dining experience, reflective of the Prescott area.” Mr. Perry said.
The grille has lunch and dinner service, in a casual dining atmosphere with space for live entertainment and dancing. The menu includes Augie’s signature dishes, like his famous Grilled Artichoke and a new twist on a traditional native dish, Yavapai Fry Bread.
The Prescott location will have a full service bar and lounge, serving up the Specialty Martinis that are popular at every Augie’s restaurant.
